I am the chair, Chris Cinella, and pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the Governor's March 15th, 2020 order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the City Council or Appropriations will be held on April 30th. be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post an audio or video recording transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Melrose website and local cable access government channels. As always, public input matters before the City Council is welcome and can be submitted via email to the City of Council at cityofmelrose.org. Madam Clerk, can you please call the roll?
