▶ 22:43 Bradley Freeman: Good evening. The time is 7:45 PM on Thursday, February 26th- ... 2026. I am Council President Freeman. This meeting of the Melrose City Council is called to order. In accordance with the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, this meeting is being broadcast and recorded by the Melrose Cable Access TV, and will be available for viewing in its entirety on MMTV and through the city website. Pursuant to current allowances under the Open Meeting Law, enacted under Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, signed into law by Governor Healey on March 28th, 2025, City Councillor Jamaleddine is participating in this meeting tonight remotely via the city's Zoom platform.
