▶ 5:26 Jack Eccles: Thank you very much. The hour being 6.35 on June 4th, 2020. This is a meeting of the Health, Education and Welfare Committee. I am Councilor Jack Eccles, the Chair. Joining me are Vice Chair, Councilor Jamaleddine, Voting Members, Councilor McMaster, Councilor McNally, Councilor Migliorelli, Councilor Gagretis, and Non-Voting Members, Councilor Thomas, Councilor Cinella, and Councilor Tremendous. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020, order suspending meetings and the Governor's March 15, 2020, order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in in one place. This meeting of the Health, Education and Welfare Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post an audio video recording or transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Melrose website and on MMTV 3.0.
