▶ 0:00 Leila Migliorelli: All right. Good evening, everyone. The time is 7 o'clock. Today is Monday, June 29th, 2020, and this is a meeting of the Finance Committee. I'm Chairwoman Lila Migliorelli, and joining me are Vice Chair, Councilor Stewart, Voting Members, Councilors Garipay, Jamaleddine, McMaster, and President Grigoraitis, Ex Officio, and Non-Voting Members, Councilors Cinella, Eccles, McNaught, Thomas, and Tramontozzi. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th order, suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law, and the Governor's March 15th order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Finance Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Melrose website and on MMTV3.org. So first, I'd like to entertain a motion to open public comment.

▶ 1:26 Leila Migliorelli: And so now we'll proceed to public comment, which is a portion of the meeting wherein any member of the public may come forward to speak on any items on the agenda. To do that, you just need to raise your virtual hand. Is there anyone in queue? I don't see anyone just wait a 2nd, someone's in twice. Is there anyone that wishes to speak at public comment of finance?
