▶ 10:10 Jen Grigoraitis: All right. Good evening. It is 7.45 p.m. on Monday, July 6th. This meeting of the Melrose City Council is called to order. I am President Grigoraitis. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the governor's March 15th, 2020 order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the City Council will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible we'll post an audio or video recording transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of melrose website and on mmtv3.org madam clerk can you please call the world councillor stanella yeah councillor
