MacMaster: emergency fund my counselor mcmaster thank you madam president this is uh in order that uh comes out of committee without a recommendation it was before us this evening because uh 45 days has passed without a recommendation i have been in contact uh with the chair of uh the committee uh councilman glarelli as well as my co-sponsor councilman mcnaught after talking it through with council mcnaught and cross-referencing the order that he and i originally filed in the subsequent information that was produced by the administration um which uh for the most part provided all the information or say information available to us um that uh we requested uh as well as made a commitment to uh reporting frequently and routinely which has since been defined as quarterly we are satisfied uh at this point with the information that has been provided um councilman and i have spoken we'll continue to monitor the information that is put out by the administration in the public domain and we reserve our right to file any subsequent order but at this time we are satisfied and with that i would make a motion uh to place on file second thank you council
