Joining me are Vice Chair Jamaleddine, Councilor McMaster, and President Grigoraitis. This provides a notice of a quorum for the record. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law and the Governor's March 15, 2020 order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Health, Education, and Welfare Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. we'll post an audio or video recording transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of melrose website and mmtv at mmtv3.org is there a motion to open public comment did we just mention who's attending tonight for the
