▶ 5:21 Speaker 3: i'm here tonight to talk about the proposal of the city of melrose authorizing a bond for 875 000 dollars for more water pipes and so i had a few questions about this and the first one being has there been any other bonds from the mwa mwra paid off recently uh mr power just procedurally um we

▶ 6:21 Speaker 3: schools for the safety of our students and our teachers and support staff and so i'm just wondering you know by my rough calculations this would be approximately 7 400 a month for a payment back to the mwra and would that be covered in the existing rate structure so that there'd be no increase next year to borrow this money and um pretty
