▶ 0:06 Jeff McNaught: Okay. Good evening. The time is 7.01 p.m. and this is the meeting on, by the way, on January 11th, 2021. This is a meeting of the Appropriations Committee. I am the, I am Councilor McNaught, the Chair of the Appropriations Committee. Joining me this evening are other voting Councilor, Councilor members, Vice Chair Eccles, Councilor Tramontozzi, Councilor McMaster, Councilor Migliorelli, Councilor Garipay, Councilor Grigoraitis, Councilor Jamaleddine, Councilor Stewart, Councilor Thomas, and President Cinella, our ex-officio voting member. This provides a notice of a quorum for the record. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 orders suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and under the governor's March 15th, 2020 order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Appropriations Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Morrow's website and on mmtv3.org.
