▶ 0:00 Mark Garipay: Okay, good evening. It's 6 45 p.m. on February 8th, and this is a meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee. I'm Councilor Garipay, and joining me tonight are voting members Councilor McNaught, Councilor Grigoraitis, Councilor Thomas, Councilor Cinella. Also with us tonight are non-voting members, Councillor Migliorelli, and Councillor Jamaleddine. This provides notice of a quorum for the record and in accordance with Governor Baker's March 12th order, suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law, and the Governor's March 15th, 2020 order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place. This meeting of the protection and license will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.
