▶ 0:04 Maya Jamaleddine: We're all set okay thank you good evening everyone before we start our meeting today I would like to request a moment of silence I am sad to announce that Anthony Giraldi passed away earlier today Tony served in the US Army for many years was active in the city's efforts to recognize and support our veterans in 2005 Tony became a founding member of the Marrow's Veterans Advisory Board and also regularly participated in Lisa Lord's Veterans in the classroom program. Tony was also an invaluable volunteer in the office of Mayor Dolan. Most importantly, Tony was a family man who was survived by many loving members including his great-granddaughter Iona. He will be missed by all of us. Please join me in

▶ 2:28 Maya Jamaleddine: President, yeah, there's this open meeting of the health, education and welfare committee of the city council is being conducted remotely consistent with government because executive executive order of March. 12, 2020, due to the state of emergency in the Commonwealth, due to the outbreak of the covert 19 virus to mitigate the transmission of covert 19. we have been directed by the Commonwealth to suspend public gatherings. And as such, the governor's order suspense, the requirements of the open meeting lot to have all meetings in a publicly accessible physical location. At this time, all members of public bodies are allowed to participate remotely. Please note that this meeting is being recorded and that some attendees and participating by the day of conference, any broadcast may be captured by the recordings.
