▶ 1:38:47 Jeff McNaught: Likewise, next we have order 2021 dash 70 and order relative to the affairs and performance of the information technology department.
▶ 1:39:02 Shawn M. MacMaster: And I'm going to turn to counselor McMaster on this. Thank you. Mr. chairman since the time that you and I filed this order, we did receive a 10 page memo from Mr Ellis. IT Director. Within that memo he provided information which satisfies many of the questions that I would have asked were he to come before us this evening. So what I'm going to do is make a motion to recommend that we place on file but before I do so I did want to make a motion to attach to this order the memo from January 21st in any subsequent communications from the administration relative to this order. I did indicate to Mr. Van Kampen that some of us may have some questions based on the order, and certainly no one would be precluded from asking those questions and would just make a motion to that end before making the other motion.
