▶ 22:16 Leila Migliorelli: A quick thing, and hopefully Councillor Stewart can chime in when he's ready. So, good evening everyone at 7.08 PM on Monday, March 8th, 2020. This is a meeting of the Finance Committee. I'm Chairwoman Lila Migliorelli and joining me are Vice Chair, or about to join me, Vice Chair Rob Stewart, Unvoting Members Councilors Garrapay, Jamala Dean, Chairman Tozzi, and President Sinella ex officio. Nonvoting Members Councilors Eccles, Thomas, McNaught, and McMaster are here as well. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the Governor's March 15th order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place. This meeting of the Finance Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Melrose website and on MMTV3.org. If there's no objection, I'd like to open the floor to public comment. Seeing none, we're now open for public comments, where anyone can speak on the one order we have before us tonight.
