▶ 55:19 Mark Garipay: Good evening. It is 740 on March 8th, and this is the meeting of the protection and licensing committee. I'm constantly the chair joining me. Our vice chair to do it. Voting members, Councilor McNaught, Councilor Bergeritis, Councilor Thomas. And President Sinella also joining us this evening as well are non voting members. Councilor Migliorelli, Councilor Jamaleddine, Councilor Eccles, Councilor Tramontozzi, and Councilor McMasters. This provides notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with Governor Baker's March 12th order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law. In the Governor's March 15th, 2020 order imposing strict limitations of the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the protection and licensing Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post a comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting. On the City of Melrose website or MMTV3.org. Hearing no objections, I'd like to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objections, this is the public comment is now open. This is the portion of the meeting where any member of the public may speak with regarding the 1 order that is in front of us.
