▶ 18:32 Jeff McNaught: Good evening. The time is 719 p.m. It is March 18th, 2020 and 21, 2021. This is a meeting of the Appropriations Committee and I am Councilor McNaught, the chair of this committee. In lieu of a roll call attendance this evening, the following voting members of the council are all present. I will read them off by names. All our voting members, Vice Chair Eccles, Councilor Tramontozzi, Councilor McMaster, Councilor Migliorelli, Councilor Garipay, Councilor Grigoraitis, Councilor Cimolini, Councilor Stewart, Councilor Thomas, and President Cinella. This provides a notice of the quorum for the record. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 order, suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the Governor's March 15th, 2020 order, imposing strict limitations on the number of people may gather in one place this meeting of the appropriations committee will be conducted by a remote participation to the greatest extent possible we will post an audio or video recording transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of morrow's website and on mmtv3.org before we get to any business this evening I did want to turn to Councillor Jamaleddine who wanted to take a moment of

I would like to start by saying that this week we had unfortunately we had a heinous act in Atlanta and we'd like to give our at most condolences and grief for the victims and their families. To our diverse community, neighbors and families, we see you, we hear you, we appreciate you and our heart breaks for the pain you are feeling and the social injustice you are experiencing. We will strive each other and every day to make our community a safer place. I would like to take a moment of silence. Thank you.
