MacMaster: Just a point of clarity through you, Mr. Chairman, to Councillor Stewart, is the other reason this had gone to committee is I had objected when there was a motion for immediate consideration at the last meeting. Not understanding that the motion for immediate consideration was to schedule the public hearing, but rather motion for immediate consideration as I interpreted the way that it was made was to have the public hearing. My concern was that the records that the clerk's office had for the abutters were not accurate. At least one, perhaps two, perhaps even three of the abutters, the addresses were old. We know that for certain with respect to 99 Washington Street, the building had been sold back in or the closing had occurred back in October and that former property owner was It's still listed and I believe, again, at least one other one, perhaps two, the property owners had changed. So the concern was that the proper abutters, whether one or more were not notified, and that was the basis of objecting it. So today, the purpose of the meeting is to put it back on the full meeting of the City Council in order for us to move to to schedule a public hearing. Is that fair, Chair Thomas? Just did I get that right? With the help of-
