▶ 0:00 Mark Garipay: All right, good evening everyone. It is 7 p.m. on April 12th and this is the meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee. I am Councilor Garipay, the Chair. Joining me are Vice Chair Stewart and voting members Councilor McNaught, Councilor Grigoraitis, Councilor Thomas, and President Cinella. Also joining us tonight that are non-voting members, are Councilor Tramontozzi and Councilor Jamaleddine. This provides notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with Governor Baker's March 12th order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law, and the Governor's March 15th, 2020 order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the protection and license will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post a comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Melrose website and on mmtv3.org. At this time, if there are no objections, I will open the meeting for public comment. Seeing no objections, we are in public comment. As a reminder for the public, This is the portion of the meeting where any member of the public may speak to items on our agenda. There's anyone who would like to speak or comment please raise your virtual hand. Do you see anyone?
