As you recall in committee, I voted against this, and my primary concern was the late hours that was requested by Mr. Um, but anyways, the point being is, um, my concern was that this restaurant, he was looking for the habitual license to be open in his words to 11 or midnight and that that gave me pause for concern on the. When I looked at the application for the visual license, he has it to be until 10 o'clock. For all nights, except for Friday and Saturday and Friday and Saturday night, he has it for 11. So, I plan on supporting this, but with the strong suggestion to the liquor license committee that they consider keeping to those boundaries. I rather not see. A restaurant starting to extend the nightlife password, I think is reasonable for our downtown. So, with that, Mr, that's I plan on supporting this thing.
