▶ 22:24 John N. Tramontozzi: Councillor Tramontozzi? Thank you, Mr. President. At the last Water and Sewer Commission meeting We were empowered to make a recommendation that will be coming to this Council regarding the rates for water and sewer. And I'm pleased to report the recommendation from the Commission will be that there will be no increases to the water, nor increase to the sewer rates. We will soon be presented when we start our budget hearings with that proposal. Of course, ultimately, it will be our decision as the council to set the rates. But I'm pleased to report that the recommendation will be forthcoming that there will be no rate increase for this coming fiscal year. Thank you.
