MacMaster: phrasing that council mcmaster yes mr chairman just a point of uh personal privilege i did want to note that we have 90 days from uh the um the closing of this public hearing to vote on this matter it's not required i think that's important to put on the record that we have to vote within 90 days if we don't vote what that means is if we choose to address this order at a later time we And we would have to have another public hearing and I would just say that I'll be looking to see that some of the concerns that have been raised by stakeholders are hopefully addressed. And some of those questions are answered in the twenty one day report. And if not, I would reserve my right to request public hearing again before the city council. Thank you. Mr chairman.
