I am counselor, not chair of this committee. Um. It is a meeting of the full body and every member of the city council is a voting member of the appropriations committee in lieu of a roll call attendance. Um. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 orders, suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the governor's March 15th, 2020 order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in 1 place. This meeting of the appropriations committee will be conducted by a remote participation to the greatest extent possible.
