▶ 0:03 Christopher Cinella: All set. We are recording. Great. Good evening. Welcome to the May 17th joint committee meeting along with the council and the school committee. Time is 7 30. I am the council president, Councillor Chris Cinella, and pursuant to Governor Baker's order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the governor's order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place. This joint meeting of the City Council Council and school committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post a comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Monroe's website and on MMTV3.org. And again, welcome to my colleagues over on the school committee side and Dr. Kuchenberger is with us as well and Mayor Broder.
