▶ 47:18 Mark Garipay: good evening it is 7 30 on may 24th and this is the meeting of the protection and licensing committee i am councillor Garipay the chair joining me are vice chair stewart voting members counselor mcnaught counselor rigoritis counselor thomas and president ex officios sanella also joining us i don't see anyone else joining us from uh from the committee so um this this provides notice of a quorum for the record in in accordance with governor baker's march 12th order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the governor's march 15 2020 order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place this meeting of the protection and licensing committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible we will post a comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of melrose website and on mtb3.org at this time if there are no objections i will move with unanimous consent to open the meeting for public comment
