Summer, and the next step is for the city of minerals to implement. To fund the implementation of. The recommendations, as I said, this is a really. Really important funding in order to ensure that any decisions that are made.

Based on the way that they look, and I cannot say, I cannot identify a person. if they are from the LGBT community from the way that they look or veterans or Muslims. So this was very inappropriate and I wish and I hope that Mrs. Lata would review that.

I think just a point of clarification, I think the, if I don't want to speak on behalf of councillor jamala dean but i think she's just referencing the fact that you can't make a judgment about what someone looks like by just their photo so whether they apply with a photo or without a photo that's i mean we can look around this uh virtual page and and not know exactly what um anyone's backgrounds are just by sight but that all being said i think this is um you know it's thank you ms lata for your apology and i think that this is a great learning moments and um a good opportunity uh for us to invest in dei so that it's not only about things that are overt but it's sometimes uh you know a miss misspoken phrase or not understanding the impact of of what words are on certain populations and i think um while you probably did not intend it it's a learning moment and i think it's something that um that that we should should be investing in so I will be supporting this order for free cash for
