▶ 0:02 Jeff McNaught: We're now recording. Good evening. The time is 6.33 p.m. on June 7th, 2021. It's a Monday evening. I am Councilor McNaught, the Chair of the Appropriations Committee, and this is a meeting of the Appropriations Committee. In lieu of a roll call attendance, joining me this evening are Vice Chair Eccles, Councilor McMaster, Councilor Garipay, Councilor Grigoraitis, Councilor Stewart, Councilor Thomas, and President Cinella, and I see that Councilor Migliorelli is now with us also. I just wanted to note that Councilor Tramontozzi has a prior family obligation and cannot be with with us this evening, but the attendance that I've called provides notice of quorum for the record. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12th, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law and the Governor's March 15th, 2020 order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Appropriations Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. We will post an audio or video recording transcript, or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of Morrow's website and dot org. For those of you who are used to being in our meetings by now, we're at the public comment portion of our meeting. This is where anyone from the public can come forward and speak to any item on our agenda this evening. We can check the virtual waiting room to see if anyone is in there. If you are and you'd like to speak, please raise your digital hand. I do see that we have one person, Madam Clerk. You can bring them into the room. Sure.
