Joining me are Councilors Tramontozzi, McMaster, Migliorelli, Thomas, Grigoraitis, Garipay, Stewart, and President Cinella. This provides a notice of the quorum for the record. In accordance with the open meeting law this meeting is being recorded and broadcast in our local cable access channel MMTV as well as live streamed on the MMTV website and available for future viewing through the city of Melrose meeting portal at this time with no objection I will open public comment this is the portion of the meeting where any member of the public can come forward to speak towards any item on our agenda this evening motion open the floor for public comment
