The time is 6.51 p.m. on Monday, August 16th, 2021, and this is a meeting of the Legal and Legislative Committee. I am Councillor Grigoraitis, the Chair, in lieu of a roll call vote. Joining me tonight are voting members, Vice Chair, Councillor Migliorelli, Councillors Tramontozzi, Eccles, and McMaster, and President Sinella, ex officio. Also joining us tonight are non-voting members, Councillors Thomas, Jamaleddine, and Garipay. This takes the place of a notice of a quorum for the record.
