I'm Councillor McNaught, the Chair. And in lieu of a roll call attendance, joining me this evening are the following Councillors, and I will note that all Councillors of the Appropriations Committee are voting members. Vice Chair Eccles, Councillor Tramontozzi, Councillor McMaster, Councillor Migliorelli, Councillor Garipay, Councillor Grigoraitis, Councillor Jamaleddine, Councilor Stewart, Councilor Thomas, and President Cinella. This provides a notice of the quorum for the record. In accordance with the open meeting law, this meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel, MMTV, as well as being live streamed through MMTV3.org and open for public viewing and participation online via WebEx. A recording of this will be available for future viewing through the City of Morales' website, and on mmtv3.org.
