Order 2022-16, amending Chapter 198 of the revised ordinances of the City of Melrose, solid waste and recycling ordinance update and schedule of fees. Order 2022-21, amending Chapter 228 of the revised ordinances of the City of Melrose, water, sewers, and drains in Order 222-25, amending Chapter 198, Article 2, Section 198-2 of the revised ordinances of the City of Melrose Collection and Dispensary.

Mr. President, I'm going to suggest that we begin with order 2022 dash 21, because the other 2 orders, depending on how the will of this council, some, there may be some revisions required. So, 2022 dash 21 is amending chapter 228 of the revised ordinances with the city of Melrose water stores and drains and this comes from legal and ledge with the recommendation for passage. So, I motion to motion for passage.
