I'm the chair of the committee, Brian Williams, and I'm joined by voting members, counselors, Elizabeth Cowell, Christopher Park, Kim Vandiver, uh, and that's it. Non-voting member Manela Carm Cha. This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record. So the meeting will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law.
