▶ 23:40 Speaker 2: A couple other things I wanted to share with the community tonight. We will be conducting a culture and climate survey district-wide. We have a team of folks in the Melrose Public Schools that have been working on this internally for the past several weeks. We've tested it out with our leadership team. There's an elementary survey for students in grades three to five. There's also a secondary survey that will be shared with students, a staff survey, and a survey for families. This is a practice that we have been talking about for a number of months and really wanting to make sure that we're not only looking at student learning data but that we're or demographic data but that we're also looking at perceptions data and we know that the only way for us to get that information is to ask so in the next coming weeks we'll finalize those surveys taking the feedback from our leadership team to refine them further and then we'll be disseminating disseminating them out to the community there will be reminders to encourage high levels of participation and we'll start with with staff probably as soon as next week and then work our way out to the community through students and families as well additionally i'm excited to announce that two of our accelerated repair program applications have been tentatively approved we have a meeting tomorrow morning with the msba board to find out specifically but the two projects that are eligible for approval are the hoover replacement of the hoover roof and replacement of the horse man roof these are two projects that are desperately needed and we're excited to have the support and additional funding that may come along with
