▶ 0:00 Jack Eccles: They're recording. Thank you. This is a meeting of the Health Education Welfare Committee. I am Councilor Jack Eccles, the Chair. Joining me are Vice Chair Karamcheti and voting members Councilor Williams and President Cinella X. Fisio. Pursuant to an act extending certain COVID-19 measures signed by Governor Baker on June 16, 2021 that extended the remote meeting provisions of his March 12th executive orders, spending certain provisions of the open meeting law. This meeting of the Health Education Welfare Committee will be conducted via remote participation. We will post a comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Melrose website and on MMTV3.org. The only item, so now that we've done that, we'll move on to public comment. Without objection, I'd like to open public comment. This is the portion of the meeting where any member of the public can comment on this evening's agenda items. Mr. Clark, do you see anyone in the queue? Besides other participants in tonight's meetings, I don't see any speakers. Awesome. And with that objection, we can close public comment and move forward with the only item on tonight's agenda, Order 2022-68, Reappointment of Paul Wiener, 25, Clinton Road to the Commission on Disability for three-year term, said term to expire on the last day of February 2025, item number 9617.
