▶ 3:00 Jen Grigoraitis: Good evening, everyone, and welcome to this Valentine's Day edition of the Appropriations and Oversight Committee. I am your Chair, Councillor Grigoraitis. It is 710 PM on Monday, February 14th, 2022. Joining me tonight are Vice Chair Migliorelli and Councilors McMaster, Eccles, Garipay, Jamala Dean, Parham Chady, Obremski, Williams, and President Sinella Ex Officio. And just for the record, I want to note that our colleague, Councilor Stewart, had a conflict with tonight's meeting. This provides a notice of a quorum for the record. Pursuant to an act extending certain COVID-19 measures signed by Governor Baker on June 16th, 2021, that extended the remote meeting provisions of his March 12th executive order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law, this meeting of the Appropriations and Oversight Committee will be conducted via remote participation.
