▶ 10:39 Mark Garipay: Thank you, uh, Mr. President, um, I thought, uh, comes to our was going to speak on this, but he's having technical difficulty. So, um. I know we had talked last last time regarding this order that we wanted to get up to date on it. I wanted to give him get him up to speed on the issues that were over in that neighborhood. And I know he, he was going to make a motion to submit this back. To committee with the construct construction season, not starting April. We want to have some oversight on on what was committed. I, the contractor invited by the city engineer regarding handling the concerns of the neighbors. So, at this time, I would like to make a motion to send this back to the public works committee.

▶ 11:32 Christopher Cinella: Counselor motion made to send back to public work committee made by constantly seconded by counselor. We're now on discussion and I can't see you. So I don't know if you want it to weigh in at all.
▶ 11:46 Speaker 8: On discussion, when I talk talking to some residents, I still have to connect with some residents, but I'd like to send this back to committee until construction season as a council, a garipay. Outlined and then bring it back.
