I am Chair Grigoraitis, and joining me tonight are Vice Chair Migliorelli, and Councilors McMaster, Garipay, Stewart, Karamcheti, Williams, and President Cinella, ex officio. this gives notice of a quorum for the record pursuant to an act extending certain covet 19 measures signed by governor baker on june 16 2021 that extended the remote meeting provisions of his march 12 2020 executive order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law this meeting of the appropriations and oversight committee will be conducted via remote participation we will post a comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the city of melrose website and on mmtv3.org the public can find online online access instructions to view this meeting at the city of melrose.org backslash remote hyphen meeting
