▶ 53:01 Jack Eccles: Councillor Eccles? Councilor Migliorelli. The hour is 7.56. This is a meeting of the Health, Education, and Welfare Committee. I am Jack Eccles, the chair. Joining me are our vice chair, our counselors, Vice Chair Karim Chedi, Councilor McMaster, Councilor Stewart, Councilor Williams, Councilor Abramski, and President Sinella Ex Officio. Pursuant to an act extending certain COVID-19 measures signed by Governor Baker on June 16, 2021, that extended the remote meeting provisions of his March 12 executive order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law. This meeting of the Health, Education, and Welfare Committee will be conducted via remote participation. We will post a comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Melrose website and on MMTV3.org. The public can find online access instructions to view this meeting at cityofmelrose.org backslash remote meetings. We have 4 orders on the agenda tonight. We could recess and go back into.
