▶ 40:33 Robb Stewart: wanted to amend before thank you mr president and thank you through the chair to uh council miguel there was uh some small discussion after the fact regarding process uh for how the application actually goes through the city administration as well as one administrative area and the third is a indemnification so the summary of these amendments that I would like to propose the first one is changing anywhere in the ordinance where it says coat dash locate to co-locate to match up with the definitions section of the ordinance and that was per recommendation of city solicitor the second is editing the language to spell out which city staff is responsible for which parts of the application process to make it more clear how that process works and the third amendment is the addition of indemnification language and proof of the general liability language including the language without pollution exclusion and again this was fully written by Councillor I'm sorry by City Solicitor Phillips and with that I'd
